Executive session in accordance with the Open Meeting Law, M.G.L. c. 30A, Section 21(a), pursuant to Purpose 3, to discuss strategy with respect to litigation related to 401 Main Street, if the Chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigation position of the Town.

Executive session pursuant to MGL c. 30A, §21(a)3 to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining for the Police Union, as the Chair finds that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the Board’s bargaining position.  The Board will not reconvene to open session.
