Location: Selectmen's Room, Town Hall

Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:25 pm.
 

Discussed 283 Ballville Rd

BHS received a letter dated 11 September from the building inspector informing us of the partial condemnation of the cape portion (ell) of 283 Ballville Rd.

BHC is not required to determine if the property is ‘historically significant’ since the relevant portion is already condemned.

Bob took photos of the cape portion and will post them to the google drive.

Shaun intends to salvage as much historic material as possible prior to the demolition.
 

Adjournment: The special meeting was adjourned at 6:43 pm.
