PUBLIC HEARINGS AND APPOINTMENTS
REQUEST FOR A DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY (RDA); NOTICE OF INTENT (NOI), ABBREVIATED NOTICE OF RESOURCE AREA DELINEATION (ANRAD), ORDER OF CONDITIONS (OOC)
7:00pm The Chair opened the Public meeting followed by a role call: Brian Berube, Jeff Bryan, Lori Stephenson, Emily Winner and Rebecca Longvall (Conservation Agent).
Chair Brian opens the public hearing regarding Lot 1 Teele Rd. for the proposed Single Family Home and associated septic system. Alan DiPietro was present to discuss the proposed project. The commission inquired about the location of stockpiles, type of erosion control, ability to decrease footprint overall as the project is within the buffer area. The septic system is the only portion outside of the 100ft buffer zone. A site visit has been scheduled and the applicant request to stake out house corners, wellhead location along with other points that are in close proximity to the wetland resource area yet still outside the 25ft. buffer zone. Alan DiPietro requested a continuance. Chair Brian moves to continue the public hearing until March 6th at a time to be determined. Jeff seconded and all unanimously approve.
Chair Brian makes opens the continued public hearing for the Notice of Intent regarding Keyes Farm located at 258 Hudson Rd. The Conservation Agent gives the commission an update and requests input on any potential trails to be placed on the property. Brandon Ducharme requested a continuance until the next meeting. Chair Brian makes a motion to continue the public hearing until March 6th at a time to be determined. Jeff seconded and all unanimously approve.
The Commission welcomes Jane Walsh to the table to discuss her proposed dissertation work. The commission is interested in working with Jane to carry out her research on conservation property once approved by her academic board review.
Chair Brian makes a motion to approve minutes from February 6th 2018. Jeff seconded, all unanimously approve.
Susan Jones was present for an informal conversation regarding her potential land donation adjacent to the Hansen Land at Vaughn Hills Conservation Area. The Commission members showed positive interest in the potential land donation.
Chair Brian moved to close the public meeting. Jeff B seconded, all unanimously approve.

March 6th, March 22nd, April 3rd and April 17th 2018
