Mr. Keep called the Board of Selectmen’s meeting to order at 5:40 p.m.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

On a motion made by Wysocki and seconded by Czekanski, the Board of Selectmen voted 3-0 by roll call (Wysocki – yes, Keep – yes, Czekanski - yes) to enter into executive session at 5:40 p.m. pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, §21(a), Purpose 1, to discuss the reputation, character, physical condition or mental health, rather than professional competence, of an individual, or to discuss the discipline or dismissal of, or complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual. (Keep – yes, Czekanski – yes, Wysocki – yes)  The Board announced it would not reconvene to open session.
