1.	7:00 to 7:10 pm	A public hearing on the petition of National Grid to install 1 jointly owned pole on East End Road beginning at a point approximately 80 ft N/NW of the centerline of the intersection of East Main St. National Grid to install a new joint owned pole (P#0-50) approximately 85’ SSE of existing Pole # 1 East End Rd. Pole to be installed approximately 4’ off of roadway. Pole to be used for system reliability equipment. (Laura Napolitano)

3.	7:15 pm – 7:25	Discussion of Chapter 90, Section 17C in the town center to change the speed limit. (Police Chief Nelson/Mary Ciummo/Joseph Lynch)
4.	7:25 pm-7:40 pm	Classification Hearing of FY20. (David Manzello/Board of Assessor’s)

6.	7:50 pm -8:00 pm	Consideration of amendment to lease agreement with American Tower.
7.	8:00 pm-8:05 pm	Consideration of right of first refusal regarding the offer to purchase land under chapter 61A located off Main Street and Manor Road.
8.	8:05 pm-8:15 pm	Town Administrator Report Update on MassWorks Project Budget Message Update Announcement of Coffee with Town Administrator on November 8^th at 8:30.
9.	8:15 pm-8:25 pm	Board of Selectmen Business Public Service Announcement(s) Discussion of proposed Holiday Tree Donation from Conservation Trust to be planted on the Town Common. Approve Bills/Payroll warrants: W20-10 & W20-10A Minutes Discussion of Community Host Agreement for Integrated Health products.
10.	8:25 pm- 8:40 pm	Executive Session, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, Sec. 21, Purpose 7: To comply with or act under the authority of the Public Records Law (M.G.L. c. 66) and the holding in Suffolk Construction Co., Inc. v. Division of Capital Asset Management, to review a confidential attorney-client communication. (Brian Falk)
11.	8:40-8:45 pm	Discussion regarding negotiations with Integrated Health Products on a Community Host Agreement.
12.	8:45 pm	Executive session pursuant to MGL c. 30A, §21(a)3 to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining for the Fire Union, as the Chair finds that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the Board’s bargaining position.
13.	Immediately following	Executive session pursuant to MGL c. 30A, §21(a)3 to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation (grievance filed by AFSCME, Council #93, DPW Unit), if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the Board of Selectmen and the chair so declares. The Board will not reconvene to open session.
