Public hearing on the petition of National Grid and Verizon New England, Inc. to install 1 Jointly Owned Pole on Harvard Road beginning at a point approximately 3000 feet Northeast of the centerline of the intersection of Main Street and continuing approximately 0 feet in a Northeast direction.  National Grid to install 1, 35C2 stub pole and 1 anchor across the road from pole 29
