The Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 21st, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Bolton Town Hall to discuss a Host Community Agreement (HCA) related to the Proposal for a Cannabis Products Manufacturer from Integrative Health Products, LLC for the property located in Bolton’s Industrial Zoning District at 58 Main Street and identified on Assessor’s Map 5.E as Parcels 10.0 and 55.0.

Discussion and Possible Vote on Community Host Agreement with Integrated Health Products.

7:30 pm – 7:40

 Consideration of request from Bolton Youth Baseball to name two ball fields located within Memorial Field and to post signage.(Mike Gorr)

7:40 pm– 7:50 pm

Consideration of Request from Florence Sawyer Robotics to design and install a cargo net/spider web climbing feature as a part of the Nature Play Area on the Bolton Town Common. (Erica Mond, Rebecca Whittemore/Florence Sawyer Robotics Team)

Executive session pursuant to MGL c. 30A, §21(a)3 to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining for the Fire Union, as the Chair finds that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the Board’s bargaining position.

Executive session pursuant to MGL c. 30A, §21(a)3 to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation (grievance filed by AFSCME, Council #93, DPW Unit), if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the Board of Selectmen and the chair so declares. The Board will not reconvene to open session.
