Selectmen’s Meeting Room

(1)  Review and vote on transfer request.

(2)  Liaison updates:  brief summaries from any liaisons who’ve contacted their departments.

(3)  Discuss and finalize liaison assignments for FY19/FY20, as well as review and discuss document that summarizes liaisons’ roles and responsibilities.

(4)  Review and discuss current draft set of financial policies, and identify any follow-up questions for the town’s finance team.

(5)  Review and approve meeting minutes.
