  • Annual Street List - $15.00
  • Application for Marriage - $25.00
  • Birth/Death/Marriage Certificate - $10.00
    If ordering multiple certified copies, the fee is $10 for the first copy and $2 for each add'l copy
  • Burial Permits - No Fee
  • DBA (business certificate) filings - $40.00
    Signature must be notarized - Required if business is not incorporated & owner's full name is not included in business name
  • Dog License - Spayed/Neutered - $10.00
    Must show current certificate of rabies vaccination & certificate of spay/neuter
  • Dog License - Not Spayed / Neutered - $15.00
    Must show current certificate of rabies vaccination
  • General Town and Zoning Bylaws - No Fee - Found On-Line
  • Gasoline Storage Permit - Selectmen Give Permit
  • Annual Registration Gasoline Storage Permit - $25.00
    Must be filed on or before April 30th of each year
  • Raffle Permit - $10.00
