A Preliminary Farmland and Open Space Planned Residential Development (FOSPRD) located at the intersection of Sugar and Golden Run Roads. The Planning Board will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at 7:30 pm continued to June 24, 2009 at 9:00 pm. On June 24, 2009 the Planning Board voted to approve the FOSPRD concept of no more than 15 lots. The Hearing was continued to November 18, 2009 where the Board reviewed the Definitive Plan and also the definitive subdivision hearing was opened. This has been continued to January 13, 2010. The Board needs to make a final
decision on the Special Permit FOSPRD application and definitive subdivision plan. The name has been revised from Meadow View Acres to Houghton Farm to be reflective of the historical integrity of the property.
