Bolton is almost back to normal. If you have any trees or wires down PLEASE call National Grid or Hudson Light and Power and let them know. Multiple notifications never hurt. They will continue to have crews in Bolton, but may divert a majority to the west where towns still have over 50% without power.
Tonight is "Halloween" for Bolton. Please be aware there are still limbs hanging from trees which could fall. Treat ANY downed wire as live. Avoid and do not touch.
Tonight is daylights saving time. Set your clocks back and change your smoke and CO detector batteries!
