The main purpose of the Board of Health is to enforce Title 5 of the State Environmental Code, which is considered the minimum standard for the design and installation of subsurface disposal systems for sanitary sewage in the Town of Bolton.
In addition, the Bolton Board of Health has issued supplemental regulations to Title 5 and Well Regulations. The intent of these regulations is protect and improve the public health and welfare of of the citizenry.
The Board of Health meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month.
