Current Fiscal year values are based on an assessment date of January 1st of the prior calender year.
Ex. Fy 10 values based on assessment date of Jan. 1st 2009. Sales data used would then be from calendar year 2008.
In each report, the following attributes are available:

Total Living Area(GLA)
Land Size(Acres)
Building Style
Year Built
Bath Count
Land Value
