Oversee and assure completion, start up, and operation of new sewage treatment plant. |

Rewrite Personnel Bylaws dissolving Personnel Committee and transferring human resources duties to Town Administrator and Treasurer’s offices. |

Work on implementation of high priority master plan recommendations. |

Become member of group/building committee to research and recommend school space needs. |

Research and resolve zoning bylaw issues regarding cell tower to allow construction of new cell tower. |

Implement organizational recommendations for town employees as recommended by human resources consultant. |

Assist with smooth transition in town clerk’s office following retirement of town clerk. |

Streamline filing system and create digitized record storage system. |
12. |
Formulate and establish town cell phone policy. |

Formulate and establish town computer, email and internet usage policies. |
14. |
Improve communications with Bolton residents through quarterly newsletter, televised interviews with department heads, etc. |

Participate with the improvement of traffic flow and pedestrian safety. |
16. |
Assist with investigation and resolution of drainage issues. |
17. |
Continue to support the Emergency Response Plan. |
