What's Happening in April at the Bolton Public Library

The Bolton Public Library has something for everyone, from a variety of reading material to music, movies, Great Courses, online and in-person art instruction, and more.   Come in to discover everything that we have to offer, or start with our events calendar here: http://www.boltonpubliclibrary.org/calendar.html

The April gallery exhibit is stunning!  Lyn Slade and her needle felting students have mounted a colorful show of work done with barbed needles and wool roving.  The show will be up for the month of April, and you can meet the artists at their reception on Saturday, April 6 from 10:30-noon.

This is the last week for the clothing and sneaker donation bins in our lobby.  Bring in your used sneakers for the Got Sneakers project to benefit the American Cancer Society, or gently used children's clothing (PJs and socks must be new!) for Project 351 which benefits Cradles to Crayons.  Local students are behind all these bins and projects, so let's support them generously.

If you're staying local for April school vacation week, reserve your museum passes to ensure discount admission to area museums and outdoor spots.  For a complete list and to reserve, check here: http://www.boltonpubliclibrary.org/museum-passes.html

Finally, some news: the long-anticipated repair of the women's restroom is due to start soon, and our Program Room will be closed for the duration.  We appreciate the community's patience as this important work is done.  We'll announce the exact closing and reopening dates of the Program Room as soon as possible.
