This month in the library gallery: Silas Holman's map of Bolton

The Bolton Public Library hosts "Hidden Treasures" for the month of May 2017.
The Bolton Historical Society, together with Freedom's Way National Heritage Area and a grant from the Bolton Cultural Council, presents Silas Holman's 1831 Map for the Town of Bolton as well as several other historic maps dating from 1794 to 1898. In addition, there's an interactive 2017 map inviting residents to mark their own house numbers and names for use by future generations.
The exhibit is free of charge and open to all during the library's open hours (but access may be limited by scheduled meetings in the space).
