The Applicant is seeking a Special Permit pursuant to Section 250-27.1 Barn, Stable and Carriage House Preservation of the Code of the Town of Bolton to conduct a home occupation (art studio) in the barn located at 218 Sugar Road identified on Assessor’s Map 5.D as Parcel 10 in Bolton’s Residential Zoning District.
