NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Health will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 6th, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Houghton Building, 697 Main Street, Bolton, MA to act upon a proposal to amend the Bolton Board of Health Requirements for the Subsurface Disposal of Sanitary Sewage and Well Regulations.
Proposed changes to the above Bolton Board of Health Rules and Regulations are available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office in the Town Hall, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday; 9a.m. – 2:30p.m.; Tuesday, 9a.m. to 4p.m. and Tuesday evening, 6p.m. to 8p.m.
Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed plan, should appear at the time and place designated or may submit a written comment to boh@townofbolton.com.
