All users (homeowners and contractors) will use a special web site to access the tools needed for online permit processing. To gain access to this secure website all users must register and setup an account. The registration process takes several steps but you’ll only need to go through the registration process once to get signed up with a valid account. Your account (username, password, and access rights) will then be valid year after year and you can use it to apply for new permits, check on previously submitted permits, make online payments, etc.
Currently we have only basic instructions for submitting Building Permit Applications. These basic instructions are identical to the example used in the “General Instructions” section. Check back soon for additional instructions on “Advanced topics for building permits”.
