The Board of Selectmen met at the Nashoba Regional High School Auditorium at 6:30 p.m. for the Special Town Meeting.
Article 7: Retroactive Pay and Benefits – Police Contract
On a motion made by Delaney and seconded by Sprague, the Board of Selectmen voted to approve Article 7. (Wysocki – yes, Delaney – yes, Sprague – yes)
Article 9: Citizen’s Petition – Temporary Moratorium On Medical Marijuana Treatment Facilities
On a motion made by Wysocki and seconded by Sprague, the Board of Selectmen voted to reconsider their recommendation on Article 9. (Wysocki – yes, Delaney – yes, Sprague – yes)
On a motion made by Wysocki and seconded by Sprague, the Board of Selectmen voted to approve Article 9. (Wysocki – yes, Delaney – no, Sprague – yes)
The Special Town Meeting adjourned at 7:58 p.m.
