6.	7:35 p.m.	Executive session pursuant to MGL c. 30A, §21(a)3 to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining for the Police and Dispatch Unions, as the Chair finds that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the Board’s bargaining position.
