1.	7:00 p.m.	Welcome new Board of Selectmen member Thomas Frain
2.	7:00 to 7:10 p.m.	Public hearing on the petition of Massachusetts Electric Company (NGRID) to install One (1) new solely owned pole 69-50 in between existing Poles P69 and P70 on the south side of the road. The pole will be approximately 442’ southwest of the intersection of Sunset Ridge Lane and Wattaquadock Hill Road
3.	7:10 to 7:15 p.m.	Request from Rick and Sue Loring for permission to install a sign at 626 Main Street for their business “The Quilted Crow”
4.	7:15 to 7:20 p.m.	Request from Paula Berg, Friends of the Bolton Public Library for permission to place sandwich board type signs at Houghton Building for book sale on November 14 & 15^th
5.	7:20 to 7:35 p.m.	Discuss process for the appointment of the Police Chief

8.	8:05 p.m.	Executive session pursuant to MGL c. 30A, §21(a)3 to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining for the Police and Dispatch Unions, as the Chair finds that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the Board’s bargaining position.
