Zoom Remote Access Meeting

Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, this public meeting of the Town of Bolton Board of Selectmen is being conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but the public can access this meeting while in progress by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (Zoom).

Guidelines for Participants

  • Utilize raise hand function to address the Board.
  • Remain on mute until you have been addressed by the Board Chair.
  • Participants are required to state or display first and last name prior to addressing the Board.

Review As-Built Plans and Street Acceptance Plan for Houghton Farm Road and consider advancement of Road Acceptance. (Greg Roy)

Review Proposed Plan for 40B housing project at 500 Main Street from Trammell Crow Residential (Mark Baranski)

Review and Finalize the Annual Town Meeting warrant for May 3, 2021 with Town Counsel (Brian Falk, Doug Storey)

  • Vote article recommendations.
  • Review and Approve Selectmen’s statement

  • to discuss strategy with respect to contract negotiations with non-union personnel (Fire Chief)
  • to discuss strategy with respect to contract negotiations with non-union personnel (Police Chief)
  • Board will return to Open Session.

  • Vote to ratify the Employment Agreement between the Town of Bolton and Jeffrey Legendre.
  • Vote to ratify the Employment Agreement between the Town of Bolton and Warren Nelson.
