4.	7:50 to 8:00 p.m.	Town Administrator Report Update on Minuteman Update on Department of Transportation transition of responsibility for route 117.
5.	8:00 to 8:05 p.m.	Board of Selectmen Business Review and vote on right of first refusal for two affordable housing units (38 Pondside Road and 34 Sunset Ridge)
6.	8:05 p.m.	Executive session pursuant to MGL c. 30A, §21(a)3 to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining for the Police and Dispatch Unions on the basis that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the Town of Bolton
