1.	7:00 to 7:15 p.m.	Request for permission from the Bolton Community Garden Group to establish a community garden on town-owned land located at the easterly end of the lower field formerly used by the Bolton Fair for the horse show
2.	7:15 to 7:20 p.m.	Request from Myke Farricker for permission for the 2009 Positive Spin of ALS bike ride to travel through Bolton – June 14, 2009
3.	7:20 to 7:30 p.m.	Request from Chris Parker, Vice President of the Bolton Little League for permission to add two fenced in dugouts at Memorial Field
3.	7:30 to 7:40 p.m.	Recommendation from Ray Willis, Onsite Engineering to award the contract for the low pressure force main project for the new Bolton Public Safety Building
4.	7:40 to 8:00 p.m.	Review of Annual Town Meeting Warrant -Amendments to articles (Article 11: Water supply for Emerson School; Article 14: Authorize Town Election)
5.	8:00 to 8:20 p.m.	Board of Selectmen Business Review and execute the decision for the special permit and site plan review for Bell Atlantic Mobile, LTD, d/b/a Verizon Wireless Review and execute the post closure application for the Bell Atlantic Mobile, LTD, d/b/a Verizon Wireless Review and execute the easement with Verizon to allow placement of two utility poles on the library property Review and execute the easement with National Grid to allow them to install, operate and properly maintain the lines and equipment upon the property Appointment of Emergency Management Coordinator Request for a member of Board of Selectmen to serve on the Selection Committee for Fyfeshire Dam services – Committee will consist of 6 members: 2-3 Conservation Commission members, Carol Gumbart, Don Lowe & 1 Board of Selectmen Schedule next Board of Selectmen meeting
