At 7:30 p.m. on a motion made by Gerken and seconded by Plante, the Board of Selectmen voted to execute the contract between the Town of Bolton and VTEC of Williamstown, Vermont for the purchase of a Fire Vacuum Truck/Pumper Truck as following: (Gerken – yes, Plante – yes)
1. Commercial Fire Vacuum Truck/Pumper Truck $127,498.00;
2. Hannay dry style reel for 400 Feet 1-3/4” Flat fold hose mounted above pump $2,200.00;
3. Replacement liner for 2000 gallon fol-da-tank $1,285.00;
4. OnSpot chains, $1,997.00;
5. Side scene lights $62.00;
6. Freightliner M2106 - Mohawk Valley Freightliner Serial Y99216 Chassis $70,000.00 for a grand total of $203,042.00.
