Registration for swim lessons, offered by the Bolton Park and Recreation Commission will be held in late April at the Bolton Town Hall, 663 Main Street.
There will be three sessions:
June 23 – July 4
July 7 – July 18
July 21 – August 1
The cost will be $70 for levels 2 to 5 (one-hour lessons) and $50 for preschool and level 1 (30-minute sessions).

Swim Level Descriptions/Fees
Mommy & Me – This class is for 3 & 4 year olds who are nervous in the water or going with an instructor. The focus will be on getting comfortable in the water as well as with the instructor. This class is geared to having safe fun in and around the water. Fee: $50/session
Pre-school – This class is for 3 & 4 year olds who are not afraid of the water and will go into the water with an instructor. They do not need to be able to go under water. This class is geared to having safe fun in and around the water. Fee: $50/session
Level 1 – Water Exploration. This class is for 5 & 6 year olds who are a little uncomfortable in the water. This class focuses on becoming comfortable and learning how to be safe in the water. Fee: $50/session
Level 2 – Primary Skills. This class is for children who are comfortable in the water but have not yet learned how to swim. They will learn basic locomotion skills. Fee: $70/session
Level 3 – Stroke Readiness. This class is for children who are comfortable in the water and can swim on their front and back. They will learn to do the front and back crawl and to tread water. Other strokes may be introduced. Fee: $70/session
Level 4 – Stroke Improvement. This class will build on stroke skills learned in Level 3. Fee: $70/session
Level 5 – Stroke Refinement. This class will focus on building endurance and refining stroke skills learned in Level 4. Fee: $70/session
