Also, pls note that there are other green electricity options in addition to Mass Energy’s GreenStart program. They are a Mass-based non profit and do a lot of outreach here, so that is why they are more familiar to activists, towns, etc.

* GreenDepot, Environmental Living and Building supplies. Located in MA, selling everything from environmentally friendly cleaning supplies to building supplies.
Networking
beer at informal sessions known as Green Drinks. It's a good mix of
folks from NGOs, Academia, government and business that mingle, chat,
network, etc.
