Article 5:   Acceptance of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 32B, Section - UNANIMOUS IN FAVOR
Article 6:   Tax Title Transfer - UNANIMOUS IN FAVOR            
Article 7:   Amend the Personnel Bylaw - MAJORITY IN FAVOR
