Requesting Abutters Lists
Abutters lists are $15 each. Three working days should be allowed for its' creation. The "abutters list" will consist of a MAP showing the list of abutters including the subject parcel, and a list of the parcel id, owners names and addresses of all abutters withing the specifiued distance.
Abutters distances are as follows:
300 feet - Board of Appeals (zoning)
300 feet - Planning Board
300 feet - Site Plan Review
500 feet - Planning Board sub division
100 feet - Conservation Commission (can be 300 feet in some circumstances)
To Request an abutters list you may download the Abutters form (pdf) and fax or mail it to the Assessors, but should pay the $15 fee before the list is created
